Trade Compliance Lead
– Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD), Morton, IL (non‑relocation). 1st shift, 100% on‑site, up to 5% domestic travel.
Job Summary The Trade Compliance Lead manages the import and export compliance programs to ensure all activities comply with U.S. and foreign government laws and regulations. The role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures and consults with legal experts to resolve any issues.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute risk assessments of import and export compliance programs to ensure all sites follow established policies and procedures.
Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of import and export compliance policies and procedures.
Lead all import and export activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations; consult with legal experts to resolve any legal compliance issues or concerns.

Analytical Thinking – knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions.
Import/Export – knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing and exporting; ability to import and export goods to and from international locations.
Problem Solving – knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply problem‑solving knowledge appropriately.
Cross‑Team Integration – understanding of inter‑team collaboration and ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate and coordinate across divisions.

Transportation – knowledge of transportation and ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.
Extensive trade compliance experience or general risk compliance understanding.
Strong negotiation and writing skills.
Strong communication skills.

Summary Pay Range $112,710.00 - $169,060.00 (total compensation may vary).
