Role Overview We are looking for a
hunter-style Business Development leader
with strong experience in the
Healthcare Payer market
to
identify, pursue, and win new logos . This role is focused on
net-new business acquisition , building a qualified pipeline, and
driving revenue growth
through CitiusTech’s healthcare technology and services offerings.
This is an individual contributor role with clear ownership of
new client acquisition from prospecting to deal closure .
Key Responsibilities Own and drive
new logo acquisition
within the US Healthcare Payer segment Identify, qualify, and pursue
net-new opportunities
across national and regional health plans Build and manage a
robust sales pipeline
through proactive hunting, networking, and industry engagement
Experience & Qualifications 15–20 years of overall experience in the Healthcare industry , with a strong focus on the
Payer domain Most recent 7–10 years in a pure hunting / new business development role
within
Healthcare IT services or consulting companies Proven track record of
winning new payer logos
and closing
multi‑million‑dollar IT services deals Strong experience working with
IT services firms, system integrators, or healthcare consulting organizations Deep understanding of payer systems and processes, including: Care Management Provider & Member Data Regulatory and compliance reporting Demonstrated ability to sell
complex, services‑led solutions
(data, cloud, analytics, QA, digital engineering) Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
Preferred Attributes Established relationships within US Healthcare Payer organizations Experience selling to both
business and IT stakeholders Highly self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating independently Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
