Total Base Pay Range 121,900.00 - 262,100.00 USD Annual
The Lending Optimization Product Manager Will Be Responsible For
Coordination across senior leadership for identification, prioritization, and realization of multiyear objectives
Identification of appropriate parties and primary liaison between business, design, technology, and data partners to decompose objectives into executable epics/features (with acceptance criteria and effort estimates) for Agile development
Clarify business objectives, define delivery structure, and direct cross‑functional teams
Pushing boundaries to introduce new and innovative solutions including identifying, building, and advocating for strategic investment opportunities that advance the credit process and broader business objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish goals/objectives for products and participate in setting the business strategy for implementation of key initiatives across 8 lines of business
Own the application strategy for Commercial Lending platforms, ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and long‑term modernization goals
Identify and advance opportunities to responsibly leverage AI and advanced analytics within credit underwriting and portfolio management platforms to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision support, in alignment with risk, governance, and regulatory expectations
Drive the strategy and develop the product roadmap to improve experiences across the platform, incorporating direct user feedback and leading a robust, continuous prioritization process to maximize value, risk mitigation, and other business benefits
Responsible for the continual prioritization, design, and implementation of functionality across ongoing parallel releases (production, major LOB upcoming, minor monthly/break‑fix, and planning 3 years out)
Collaborate with Product Owners on all new feature development, including building backlog to approving features
Lead a highly collaborative process across a wide range of stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to get buy‑in and execution of product, including lines of business, operations, legal, compliance, IT, information security, testing, change management and related functions
Provide transparency and ongoing communications with line of business partners/key stakeholders, including identification, escalation, and remediation of risks and issues
Identify, monitor, and communicate on key performance indicators
Identify opportunities to broaden product feature/functionality and drive product development based on market and competitive intelligence and business feedback loops
Develop, socialize, and lobby for business cases supporting future strategic initiatives and platform investments, partnering with senior leadership to secure prioritization and funding
Supervisory Responsibilities May be responsible for providing employees timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential; providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, management, related field or equivalent experience
10‑15 years of financial services experience that includes commercial lending product management and leadership of transformational commercial lending initiatives
nCinco experience required
Direct experience with credit platforms such as Moody’s CreditLens, AFS Vision, and/or enterprise credit data management solutions strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing and implementing complex business transformation opportunities
Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well‑thought out, simple solutions
Proven experience leading change, strategic design, delivery and governance of major cross‑functional business efforts in a large, complex organization
Solid communication skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results
Prior Product Management and Agile experience
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills required
Able to lead and motivate others and thrive in an extremely fast‑paced environment

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance
