
Strategy & Business Operations Generalist

Role
SentiLink hires high-caliber generalists to work on the company’s most important problems across strategy, operations, product, and go‑to‑market. Rather than hiring for a single predefined role, this position is part of a shared hiring pipeline for candidates who fit a common profile: highly analytical, high‑agency builders and operators who can drive complex, cross‑functional work. During the recruiting process, we will work with you to identify the role where you can have the greatest impact based on your strengths and interests, as well as business needs.

Responsibilities Your specific responsibilities will depend on the role you are aligned to, but you will be expected to take ownership of complex, high‑impact problems and drive them from definition through execution.
Example Areas Of Ownership Include
Leading strategic and operational initiatives (Strategy & Operations)
Owning key metrics, analyses, and business insights (Solutions Analytics)
Driving product and go‑to‑market efforts for new initiatives (Product/PGTML/GTM Engineering)
Managing cross‑functional product development and execution (Product Management)
Designing AI‑driven workflows and operational processes (AI Process and Strategy)
Building and scaling growth and revenue strategies (Growth/GTM)
Requirements
3‑5 years of work experience at a VC‑backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm (bonus if the role had an analytical focus), MBA a plus
Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and context‑switching, a quick learner, drives work independently
Strong organizational skills, experience leading complex projects with limited guidance
Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity
High‑level communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to present ideas in a clear, user‑friendly way
Attention to detail
Technical skills: proficiency with Google docs, sheets & slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python a plus
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Compensation
$130,000/year – $230,000/year + equity + benefits
Note: This salary range is inclusive of several career levels and roles, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
