Complex Trade Support Client Relationship Manager

This position utilizes excellent customer service and problem solving skills to confidently provide information and education to our customers in a timely, efficient, professional manner; provides clear and accurate responses to customer questions primarily through inbound phone calls; appropriately researches and resolves problems relating to customer accounts and inquiries; meets established performance expectations; develops a comprehensive operational understanding of the financial services industry; proactively learns and remains up-to-date with the Company’s products and services.

Role Responsibilities

:Provide timely, accurate, and informative answers via phone calls to clients and internal partner

sAssist clients with complex order execution, margin treatment, and risk-related inquirie

sAnalyze client positions and provide updates regarding expiring positions or procedures and addressing related margin call

sProvide extended support to clients in the way of corporate actions and dividend

sEffectively communicate ETRADE policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, as they relate to various client scenario

sManage daily volume of inbound calls and inquiries submitted via Teams channel

sIdentify opportunities to refer clients to a Morgan Stanley Advisor for advic

Salary range for the position: $58,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
