Job Description ISG is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that is primarily responsible for handling inbound inquiries, providing feedback, and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests

Works closely with customer service leadership to resolve caller inquiries.

Provides timely feedback to leadership regarding service failures or caller inquiries.

Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Responsible for all other customer service tasks assigned, as needed.

Job Requirements

Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish

Complete a Drug Screen and Background Test

Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
