This role relies on strong organization, accuracy, and clear communication to keep shipments moving smoothly and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Arrange ocean export bookings and coordinate cargo movement across transportation partners. Prepare and submit export and customs documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.). Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues as they arise. Work closely with internal teamsoperations, logistics, financeto support efficient workflow. Ensure adherence to export, customs, and trade regulations. Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields preferred. Ocean export experience strongly valued. CargoWise experience preferred
