Management Analyst I/II - Real Estate And Contract Administration
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Management Analyst I/II - Real Estate and Contract Administration position. This position performs professional level work related to acquisition, transfer, sale, or disposal of real property and ensures all contracts are in compliance for the DOA's Business and Commercial Development Office - Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience, preferably within a public agency setting, and will be fully competent to handle all types of real property transactions, including but not limited to, performing property due diligence analysis, transaction negotiations, and executing lease agreements. The incumbent should be knowledgeable in the principles and practices of real property, including but not limited to, analyzing appraisals and Phase I environmental reports, property rights and research, rights of way transactions including dedications, easements, revocable licenses, and rights of entry, methods of title search and property clearance, knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations, principles and practices of right of way ownership and condemnation, project management and analytical techniques, contract administration, reading and interpreting maps and drawings, and principles of property development and project design. Further, this position will also require writing and coordinating various documents with different governmental agencies, including but not limited to, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs), revocable licenses, interlocal agreements, and Letters of Agreement (LOAs). The ideal candidate will regularly attend high-level meetings to represent the DOA and coordinate with various jurisdictions, government officials, planners, engineers, and attorneys. Meticulous record keeping, organizational skills, and attention to detail are critical in this position. Management Analyst I: $32.77 - $48.43 Hourly Management Analyst II: $35.38 - $52.32 Hourly The Management Analyst I is a training underfill position, upon successful completion of the training program the successful candidate will be non-competitively promoted to Management Analyst II. This examination will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility List to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months at either level or may be extended as needed by Employee Services. Employee Services reserves the right to call only the most qualified applicants to the selection process.
