Pipeline Foreman – Water Main Installation Experience
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of steel pipeline systems.
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Planning and scheduling work activities, determining manpower requirements, and setting work priorities.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Inspecting work sites to monitor progress and adherence to established plans and specifications.
Training and mentoring crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Preparing and submitting reports on work activities, operations, and crew productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Pipeline Foreman or in a similar role.
Experience within water main/steel mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of resolving work-related issues efficiently and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field considered an advantage.
