Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and requirements. Analyze project plans and collaborate with team members to gather necessary data for budgeting. Support the review and negotiation of project bids and proposals to ensure competitive pricing. Maintain and update project cost databases to ensure consistency and accuracy in future estimations. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align cost estimates with project objectives. Assist in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions. Prepare reports and summaries for management to aid in decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimations and documentation. At least one year of construction experience. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred. A strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and budgeting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. What's on Offer
