Compensation Specialist
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Compensation Specialist to support regional compensation initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to implement compensation structures that drive organizational effectiveness, support talent strategies, and ensure market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in Workday. What You Drive DTFS Regional Compensation Strategy, Execution and Alignment Organizational Development Data Analysis & Reporting Systems & Tools Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in compensation, preferably with regional or global scope. Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements in North America. Experience with organizational design and executive compensation is required. Advanced Excel/data analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Proficiency in Workday. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent. Experience with compensation in Mexico and Canada labor markets is highly valued. Proficiency in Spanish. Project management/coordinate experience. Experience working in a global matrix environment.
