Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hermon, ME, for an Executive Personal Assistant. The role involves supporting senior leadership with daily administrative and personal tasks, managing schedules and communications, and coordinating clerical functions to ensure efficient operations. The Executive Personal Assistant will also handle confidential information with discretion and liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to handle internal and external interactions effectively
Proficiency in Scheduling
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation, record keeping, and organizational tasks
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Construction Industry experience preferred
