Business Development Associate – Entry Level Sales (On-Site)

Primary Responsibilities Meet and engage with customers Manage assigned sales territory within the Charlotte and surrounding areas Initiate sales presentations and close contracts This position involves face-to-face sales interactions with customers Once proficient in our entry level sales processes and systems, you will advance to a leadership role with an opportunity to progress into a market manager. Requirements Must be living in the Charlotte area for consideration with reliable transportation Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality Experience working in a team or group environment Self-motivated Reliable Hard-working Internally competitive and goal driven Degree preferred but not required Why Conquista Group?
