Position: Leasing and Marketing Consultant Location: Washington DC Pay: $80,000/year Experience: At least 1 year of leasing experience, including coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Job Description Manage leasing activities including coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Market available properties and promote listings to attract prospective tenants. Set up property signage and ensure visibility of available units. Schedule and coordinate maintenance and property-related activities. Travel between multiple properties to support leasing operations. Maintain communication with prospective and current tenants. Position Requirements Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties. Strong sales and marketing skills with a results-driven approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a take‑charge attitude. Leadership skills and ability to work independently. Professional and confident demeanor.
