to join a growing and dynamic team!
In this role, you’ll support and communicate with up to 20 properties, playing a key part in leasing success, marketing initiatives, and overall property operations. If you’re proactive, organized, and energized by variety, this could be the perfect fit.
Job Description:
Coordinate and set up property signage to support leasing efforts. Schedule and oversee maintenance needs as required. Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs for residents. Act as a primary point of contact for up to 20 assigned properties. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and occupancy. Partner with property teams to ensure consistent communication and performance. Monitor leasing activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Position Requirements:
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable taking initiative with strong leadership skills.
