Account Executive – Commercial MEP Services

Location: Glen Burnie, MD

Maryland & Washington, DC (I-95 Corridor)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year


Position Overview

Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in commercial services? Our client is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Executive to generate new business and expand customer relationships across the Maryland and Washington, DC (I-95 corridor) market.


This role focuses on selling commercial repair services and service agreements for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and related mechanical systems. What You’ll Do:

  • Sell commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment services (B2B)
  • Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Expand market presence and pursue larger, strategic opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and executives
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Consistently grow revenue and customer base within the assigned territory


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability and willingness to sell through cold calling, networking, presentations, and closing

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Professional presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Adaptable, confident, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships effectively


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $90,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission
