Account Executive – Commercial MEP Services

Maryland & Washington, DC (I-95 Corridor)
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Position Overview

This role focuses on selling commercial repair services and service agreements for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and related mechanical systems. What You’ll Do:
- Sell commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment services (B2B)
- Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Expand market presence and pursue larger, strategic opportunities
- Build relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and executives
- Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Consistently grow revenue and customer base within the assigned territory
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability and willingness to sell through cold calling, networking, presentations, and closing
- Competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professional presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Adaptable, confident, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission
