Key Responsibilities-Monitor and respond to inbound event inquiries and direct them to the sale manager-Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients using the venues database to generate new leads and event opportunities-Create and send event decks, pricing packages, and venue information to prospective clients-Create and organize event folders in Google Drive-Add confirmed bookings to the master calendar-Enter and maintain lead data in the CRM system-Track and update lead status throughout the sales process-Schedule venue walkthroughs -Assist with outreach to past clients and prospects using the venues database-Confirm event details with the operations team to ensure proper coordination-Maintain accurate records across CRM, emails, and Google DriveQualifications:EducationHigh school diploma requiredBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredExperiencePrevious experience in sales support, customer service, event coordination, or administrative roles is highly valuedSkillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience working with CRM software (e.g., Hive or similar platforms)Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environmentGood common sense and good personality, eager to work with others.
