This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating with stakeholders, enforcing safety protocols, monitoring schedules, and managing project resources. Qualifications

Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety Strong Organization Skills and abilities in Budgeting Proficiency in Project Management methodologies Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members Knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings or specialized construction techniques is a plus Experience with industry-standard software for project management is desirable
