Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant Location : 55 Water St, New York, NY 10041 Duration : 2+ Months Contract Education : Bachelor’s degree Required Shift Details : M-F 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours guaranteed/No weekends Job Description: · Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). · Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. · Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
