We’re looking for an onsite Packaging Design Consultant to join a creative package design team that specializes in fun, kid‑friendly consumer products. This is a 3‑month engagement based in Philadelphia, supporting fast‑moving packaging projects from concept through production. What You’ll Do Design and evolve packaging for kid‑focused products Create and build dielines from scratch and adapt existing ones Collaborate closely with internal creative, brand, and production teams onsite Support concept development, design execution, and packaging updates Translate brand guidelines into engaging, shelf‑ready packaging Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring accuracy across specs, substrates, and finishes Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment
What We’re Looking For 3–7+ years of experience in packaging design (CPG or consumer products preferred) A strong portfolio showcasing playful, colorful, consumer‑facing packaging Hands‑on experience creating dielines and working with print vendors Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required) Deep understanding of print production and packaging requirements Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia Comfortable jumping in quickly, collaborating, and working independently
Nice to Have Experience with kid‑oriented brands or consumer products Familiarity with packaging regulations or compliance standards Agency, studio, or in‑house packaging background
