We’re looking for an onsite Packaging Design Consultant to join a creative package design team that specializes in fun, kid‑friendly consumer products. This is a 3‑month engagement based in Philadelphia, supporting fast‑moving packaging projects from concept through production.

What You’ll Do

• Design and evolve packaging for kid‑focused products
• Create and build dielines from scratch and adapt existing ones
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, brand, and production teams onsite
• Support concept development, design execution, and packaging updates
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging, shelf‑ready packaging
• Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring accuracy across specs, substrates, and finishes
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of experience in packaging design (CPG or consumer products preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing playful, colorful, consumer‑facing packaging
• Hands‑on experience creating dielines and working with print vendors
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required)
• Deep understanding of print production and packaging requirements
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia
• Comfortable jumping in quickly, collaborating, and working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with kid‑oriented brands or consumer products
• Familiarity with packaging regulations or compliance standards
• Agency, studio, or in‑house packaging background
