We are seeking a senior-level
Salesforce Technical Administrator
to support a complex, multi-org Salesforce environment. This role combines
platform administration, governance, and declarative configuration
with
business analysis and stakeholder engagement . You will work in a multi-tenant Salesforce architecture, enabling multiple development teams while maintaining centralized governance, security standards, and DevOps processes. The role also supports AI-driven capabilities (Einstein/Agentforce), integrations, and data initiatives. This position is a
hybrid Admin + Functional Analyst role , focused exclusively on
declarative configuration (no Apex or LWC development) . Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Governance
Administer users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and SSO across multiple Salesforce orgs Enforce security best practices, including least-privilege access and data protection Maintain metadata standards, naming conventions, and object-level governance Support multi-org / multi-team environment access and governance Declarative Configuration
Design and build Lightning pages, record types, layouts, and Dynamic Forms Develop and maintain Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled, orchestration) Translate business requirements into scalable, secure declarative solutions DevOps & Environment Management
Manage sandbox strategy and environment alignment across teams Coordinate deployments and releases using DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) Support release planning, approvals, and documentation AI / Einstein (Agentforce) Enablement
Configure AI features including prompt templates, model settings, and guardrails Manage access controls, audit trails, and governance for AI-driven workflows Integration Coordination
Partner with integration teams supporting APIs and third-party systems Coordinate integrations (REST/SOAP, eSignature tools, document management systems, etc.) Ensure data security, retention, and auditability across integrations Data Cloud Support
Assist with data ingestion, identity resolution, and governance Align data models with business and platform requirements Documentation & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports for system performance, adoption, and compliance Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and release notes Business Analysis Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes and needs Document requirements, workflows, and system impacts Translate business needs into declarative Salesforce solutions Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, demos, and UAT Identify automation and process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications
6–8+ years of Salesforce administration and business analysis experience Strong experience with:
Multi-org Salesforce administration (users, permissions, governance) Declarative configuration (Flows, Lightning pages, objects/fields) Business process analysis and requirements gathering
Experience working with complex security and compliance requirements Experience with DevOps and release management tools (e.g., Copado) Integration coordination experience (APIs, third-party platforms) Experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management Strong documentation and communication skills Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Public Sector solutions, or Data Cloud Experience with enterprise Salesforce governance frameworks and standards Experience configuring Lightning, OmniStudio, or guided workflows Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG/Section 508) Experience with data governance, audit trails, and compliance processes Public sector or regulated industry experience Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Data Cloud, AI/Einstein) What Success Looks Like
