Mgr. Notes:
Must have experience working on Equities team. Must have FIX protocols and SQL proficiency. Front Office position, will also deal with compliance, middle and back office, etc. Sit on Trade Floor (40-50 Traders) Strong support experience on the business side of Equities. Strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience supporting mission-critical
front-office trading applications within Equities, including U.S. Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Convertible Bonds Strong understanding of
high-touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS platforms, IOI processing, market data, and CTM flows, Tidal or other scheduler systems Proven experience handling regulatory and compliance-driven requests and inquiries, including
Reg NMS, Reg SHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE Proficient with
SQL querying, JIRA for issue tracking, and Excel for operational analysis and reporting Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across front office, middle office, and control functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment Experience with
scripting and automation tools
is a plus
