Lead & Shape a New OBGYN Residency Program
We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for its newly established OBGYN residency program.

Key Responsibilities: 50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching - Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development. Residency Program Leadership - Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment. Teaching & Faculty Development - Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents. Resident Recruitment & Evaluation - Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback. Program Administration - Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight.
