Account Executive
Own a sales cycle and collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have what they need to develop and improve.
Close sales on the phone and through online demos, aiming to increase calls and demos to grow sales.
Knowledgeable about sports; being an athlete, coach or administrator in club or high school sports is not required but helps connect with our user base.
Account Manager
Own a sales cycle and collaborate with athletic directors and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have what they need to develop and improve.
Close sales face‑to‑face with customers in your territory and use phone and online demos to continuously drive sales forward.
Work across multiple sports, understanding how programs can benefit from video analysis and maintaining knowledge of customer personas regardless of sport.
Customer Success Manager
Engage current users, conduct check‑in calls with coaches and athletic directors, provide educational material, and answer questions to keep renewal rates high.
Selling the value of Hudl by communicating with users and identifying opportunities to add products or services.
Investigate user dissatisfaction, resolve issues, and aim to keep customers with Hudl.
Focus on renewal and engagement metrics, keeping cancellation rates low.
Business Development Representative
Generate momentum and revenue through cold calls, emails, and Zoom demonstrations to connect potential customers with the right Hudl solutions.
Partner closely with Account Executives to strategize deal negotiations and maximize revenue and profitability.
Concentrate on a specific market, such as club and youth customers in North America across soccer, youth football, basketball, ice hockey, and more.
