Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings:
Year 1: $75,000 – $90,000
Year 2: $100,000+

What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to uncover hiring needs
Prospect new business through calls, referrals, networking, and market outreach
Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent
Match candidates with client opportunities to create successful placements
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy and market trends
Present highly qualified candidates and manage the interview process
Deliver exceptional service through consistent communication and follow-through
Track performance metrics and grow your own book of business
