LOCATION: Allen, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $23.08/hour + uncapped commission • Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Full-time, W2 • Anticipated Start Date: February 24, 2026 ROLE IMPACT As an Inside Sales Representative, you will convert warm, marketing-generated landlord leads into signed lease agreements. This is a full-cycle sales role with uncapped earning potential and a consistent pipeline—no cold prospecting from scratch. Success is measured by your ability to build trust quickly, manage a structured sales process, and consistently close deals that drive revenue growth. Your performance directly impacts client satisfaction, portfolio expansion, and overall company profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with warm leads to generate and close lease opportunities Guide landlords through the full leasing process, from initial consultation to signed agreement Present lease terms clearly, address objections, and negotiate win-win outcomes Prepare and process accurate lease documentation and maintain detailed CRM records Track pipeline activity, follow up consistently, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of outbound or quota-driven sales experience with strong phone-based closing skills (NON RETAIL) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems High School Diploma or GED required CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS CRM systems (Salesforce or comparable platform) Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) VoIP and telephony systems Internal sales enablement and reporting tools PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in call center or high-volume telesales environments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Exposure to leasing, real estate, or property management industries Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
