We are seeking a Manager to support a Growth and Partner Marketing organization focused on launching a new subscription streaming service through strategic partners. This role will own the planning and execution of partner-led go-to-market initiatives, ensuring that marketing programs, customer communications, data integrations, and creative assets are delivered on time and aligned across internal teams and external partners. This person will serve as the central point of coordination between partner marketing strategy, lifecycle/CRM marketing, creative, optimization, and marketing operations teams, while also interfacing with product, engineering, and marketing technology partners to support integrated partner launches.
Responsibilities:
Own project management for partner marketing initiatives tied to launch and ongoing go-to-market programs, including co-branded campaigns, partner communications, and joint lifecycle marketing
Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and timelines for partner-driven marketing efforts
Develop and manage detailed integrated project plans that account for both internal deliverables and external partner dependencies
Coordinate execution of partner-related customer communications, including marketing, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns supported by partner data and integrations
Partner with technical and marketing operations teams to support data integrations and audience enablement required for partner marketing activation
Manage creative development and delivery for partner-facing and co-marketed assets, ensuring brand alignment and on-time launch readiness
Establish and maintain processes to manage scope, assess risk, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
Assign and track resources to ensure project efficiency and timely completion of partner marketing milestones
Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, or delays and recommending mitigation plans
Provide consistent status updates and readouts to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions
Escalate issues as needed based on project governance and launch timelines
Apply industry best practices and project management standards across all phases of execution
Measure project performance and partner marketing outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and scale
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
