We are searching for an inspired, talented Graphic Designer who specializes in Digital, Print, Web and Packaging Design to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Ideate, Design and produce artwork for web, email, paid and organic social collateral Creative Design of branding and packaging materials as well as in-store visuals and mailers Work cross functionally with eCommerce team, marketing, etc. to ensure brand alignment and compelling messaging Creation of original assets from photography, video, Ad Copy, and so on. with the occasional management of freelancers and outside agency for execution Utilize UX principals to elevate web design Ideate and execute creative A/B testing to evaluate and improve design strategies Utilize Figma to design and create various projects Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience in the apparel industry Proficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and Figma Strong Portfolio of work and a FUN, innovate aesthetic Must be highly organized, motivated, proactive and a team player Strong communication skills and ability to work well in multiple areas of development Salary: $65,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience Hybrid office schedule Please submit a resume and portfolio for consideration!
