Job Title Senior Packaging Graphic Designer – Beauty Location Manhattan, NY, USA Work Model Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Develop creative and appealing packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal personal care collections with a meticulous focus on interpreting fragrances through the brand lens. Clearly communicate ideas with the broader team. Work closely with the design team to evolve and execute designs. Quickly interpret feedback and deliver timely revisions. Be an idea generator, self‑starter, and collaborative team‑player. Confidently work on fast‑paced, high‑volume programs. Maintain a passionate commitment to staying aware of fashion and beauty market trends. Have an expert eye for color. Deliver product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail. Clearly communicate with contract houses to produce accurate 3D prototypes. Keep pace with the business, quickly pivoting on feedback and maintaining a flexible mindset. Adapt to evolving priorities and embrace constructive feedback with a positive attitude. Qualifications and Requirements 7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging and graphic design projects and concepts. Career track record that demonstrates strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines using excellent organizational skills, quality execution, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles. Knowledge of print production processes and materials. Proficiency in creating mock‑ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts. Collaborative, team‑oriented approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively. Knowledge and passion for current trends in design, beauty, and fashion. Upholds standards of personal professionalism and accountability. Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule in the New York City office. Visual and packaging design expertise, typography, understanding of printing techniques, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent experience.
