Job Summary:
Join our team as the Principal of Enterprise Sports Marketing Campaigns, working directly with top sports organizations such as the NFL and MLB. You will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and fan engagement through strategic marketing and technology initiatives utilizing Adobe's advanced AI solutions. The role demands creativity, deep sports industry insight, and a robust technical skill set to manage diverse and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and live events.Travel is expected to be 10%-15% annually, primarily during key events and headquarters meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs to boost brand visibility and engagement across sports platforms.
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with global sports marketing teams.
- Manage campaign planning cycles and real-time activations for major sporting events.
- Ensure consistent messaging and cultural relevance across different regions and global markets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create immersive activations showcasing Adobe's enterprise technology in sports partnerships.
- Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns within sports organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, as well as Adobe Workfront and AI tools.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Extensive experience in sports marketing and campaign management.
- Familiarity with sports organizations’ operational dynamics.
