We are looking for a skilled CRM & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing analytics and data analysis tools to support business strategies and decision-making processes. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis platforms to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize campaigns.
- Utilize HubSpot to support marketing initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Create and present comprehensive reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and key findings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
- Implement and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics and reporting systems.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve processes.
Requirements Of the Position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including HubSpot.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
