Our goal is to create and improve a product that keeps every operator in the field safe from the effects of arc flash incidents and protect the switchgear racking mechanism from damage. Our products are designed and assembled in our state-of-the-art facility in Tucson, Arizona to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and durability for everything we sell.
Our Safe-T-Rack product line is the first and only portable remote racking system to include hot stick operators and remote open/close applications. Our system is universal, portable, ergonomic and designed for closed doors, wherever possible, with operation up to 150 feet away to keep your team far away from arc flash events, every time.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web, Social media & Marketing Coordinator, to support our marketing efforts and strengthen our digital presence.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Web, Social media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, playing a crucial role in executing and maintaining the company's digital marketing initiatives. This hands-on role is responsible for managing website content, supporting social media channels, content creation and assisting with marketing materials that align with our brand and product messaging. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, technically capable, and comfortable working onsite within a manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive language to support the sales process effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with the sales and engineering teams in achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities: Website Management * Create, update and maintain website content, including product pages, landing pages, images, and copy * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure website content is accurate, current, and compliant * Monitor website performance and basic analytics to support optimization efforts * Assist with SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, and content structure Social Media * Create, manage and schedule content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) * Create engaging posts and content that promote products, safety education, company news, and brand initiatives * Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages as appropriate, and track performance metrics Marketing Support * Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and trade show assets * Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with sales and leadership teams * Help maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials General Coordination * Work closely with internal departments including sales, engineering, and operations * Help organize marketing assets, image libraries, and content calendars * Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications: * Required: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, web content management, or social media coordination
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), websites, and social media platforms
* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred: * Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or safety-related industries
* Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or similar tools
* Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
