
Account Manager (IT Staffing)

Location – Tallahassee, FL OR Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) – (Once per week or every other week to client sites in Tallahassee and other locations across Florida.)

About the Role ARK Solutions is looking for a motivated Account Manager to support and grow an existing IT staffing partnership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients solve their technology staffing needs.
You’ll work closely with internal marketing, pre‑sales, and delivery teams while serving as a trusted partner to client stakeholders across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with existing client stakeholders
Identify new IT staffing opportunities within current and new teams
Partner with recruiting teams to support timely candidate submissions
Track upcoming hiring needs, projects, and initiatives
Ensure ARK is positioned for upcoming roles and staffing requests
Share market insights and client updates with internal leadership
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or client services
Exposure to public sector, SLED, or large enterprise clients is a plus
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into results
Experience in conducting virtual and physical client visits, understanding their operations, and identifying opportunities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Deadline and detail‑oriented
Good understanding of technology preferred
Prior experience working in recruitment preferred
