As a Client Relationship Associate you’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless, thoughtful experience across every interaction.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with annual IRA distributions.
Compile and provide tax‑related documentation.
Facilitate money‑movement requests with accuracy and care.
Serve as a central point of contact, managing advisor calendars and coordinating meetings.
Support client communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
Help clients navigate online wealth‑management tools and support account‑maintenance activities such as rebalancing.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in financial services.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
Experience with Schwab and CRM systems is preferred.
College degree preferred.
