Your New Role: This is an opportunity to bring organization, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach to a growing wealth management environment. As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless, thoughtful experience across every interaction.
In this role, you’ll assist clients with annual IRA distributions, compile and provide tax-related documentation, and facilitate money movement requests with accuracy and care. You’ll serve as a central point of contact, managing advisor calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting client communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
You’ll also help clients navigate online wealth management tools and support account maintenance activities such as rebalancing. This work requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a natural ability to build trust through clear, responsive communication.
This is an in-office role, with remote flexibility for up to 30 days per year.
