Real Estate Litigation Associate

Dallas, Texas office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an Associate for the Real Estate Practice Group’s eminent domain practice.
Qualifications
4-5 years of litigation experience
Superior academic written credentials.
Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills, and a proven ability to toggle between a variety of matters daily
Deposition and trial experience is strongly preferred
Compensation The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
Annual subjective bonus
