We are looking for a
Tax Analyst
to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will support corporate tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all tax‑related processes.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and format general ledger data for use in tax provision and return software
Support federal, state, and local tax compliance activities, including filings and payments
File quarterly federal excise tax returns and assist with estimated tax calculations
Monitor and manage sales tax data, including coordinating with external tax preparers
Set up new tax locations and ensure proper configuration for compliance
Reconcile tax‑related general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Respond to federal and state tax notices and inquiries
Support tax audits by gathering and providing required documentation
Partner with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of legal entity reporting
Assist with data preparation and coordination for external tax return filings

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or a related field
Experience working with tax data, filings, or compliance processes
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data formatting, analysis, and reconciliation)
Experience working in corporate accounting or public accounting environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with income tax filings and e‑filing processes
Experience supporting tax audits or working with external auditors
Experience with tax provision or return software
Experience working with multi‑entity or corporate tax structures
