Job Description
Greet and tour prospective residents.
Promote available units and amenitiesvia online platforms, signage, and outreach.
Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
Processes and maintains accurate resident files
Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts
Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
Assists applicant with the application process
Creates and updates waitlist
Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspectionswith residents
Qualifications
Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. ( At least 3 years experience) - Required
Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Additional Information Copper Platte (224 units)
Pay: $23 - $24 hourly
Tuesday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)
