What Will You Do? As a Growth Manager / CRO & Funnel Lead at Happy Mammoth, you will own on-site commercial performance across all stores while aligning ads with landing pages to drive revenue per visitor. You will oversee the full lifecycle of funnels and pages, crafting hypotheses, defining metrics, and leading structured A/B testing programs. Additionally, you will direct product launches and campaigns, building optimized funnels and bridging insights between on-site conversion and paid acquisition.
