Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Orlando. The Business Account Expert will drive customer satisfaction and business growth by serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities include managing and developing business accounts, promoting T-Mobile solutions, addressing customer needs, fostering positive relationships, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities for new sales and partnerships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and delivering exceptional service to meet and exceed customer and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.

Proven Sales and Business Development experience to drive account growth and attain key performance metrics.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and identifying areas of improvement or opportunity.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Relevant experience in telecom or related industries is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
