Authored 100+ high‑impact articles in collaboration with product and development teams
Optimized 200+ underperforming articles, significantly increasing user engagement and reducing support queries
Detail‑oriented, strong communication, and professional questioning skills
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Copilot, process mapping, and version control
Collaborative mindset
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with upskilling/reskilling documentation
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Experience with Confluence or SharePoint
AI proficiency (bonus)
What You Will Be Doing
Develop IT system documentation for diverse audiences
Collaborate with SMEs and cross‑functional teams
Identify documentation gaps and proactively address them
Create process maps and workflow visualizations
Implement version control and maintain consistency across multiple projects
