Community Associate

IWG plc, Danvers, MA, United States

Community Associate 199 Rosewood Drive 2nd Floor 01923 Danvers

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. Your role involves handling all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.

You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to prepare and check that everything is ready. Throughout the day you respond to customers’ requests, such as changing the Wi‑Fi code, checking package arrivals, providing directions and assistance with meeting set‑up, and managing service portals. You ensure services are charged accurately and invoices are correct.

During lunch and other breaks you handle mail, email updates to customers regarding their packages, and balance other service requests. As your team grows, you help with printing, invoicing, and raising support tickets in our portal.

You collaborate with the Community Manager in the early afternoon to organize networking events. You write e‑invitations, print posters, and display them on noticeboards. When prospective members visit, you share details about our community and encourage them to join, helping to build the center’s network.

Towards the end of the day you assist large groups in meeting rooms to wrap up and suggest nearby restaurants for their post‑meeting needs, ensuring the center is tidy before closing.
