27265 High Point
North Carolina, United States of America
The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You’ll manage all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and cleaners have completed their tasks.
Throughout the day, you handle a variety of customer requests: changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, directing people to meeting rooms, setting up equipment, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
You coordinate service portal tickets for issues like temperature control and help customers with printing or invoicing.
During the early afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, write e‑invites, and create printed posters for noticeboards.
As the day ends, you guide larger groups to suitable locations, tidy the space, and ensure a smooth close before heading home.

A good communicator with strong relationship‑building skills (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations
Experienced and confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment

A bright and inspiring work environment
Training and development opportunities aligned with great career path opportunities
A professional workplace community (business casual attire required)
