Regus Management Group, LLC, The Woodlands, TX, United States
Community Associate
Address: 21 Waterway Avenue, Suite 300, 77380 The Woodlands, Texas
The opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries. You will create and maintain your own community within your center, providing administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and nothing has been missed by cleaners.
Customers arrive throughout the morning. You assist with changing Wi‑Fi codes, confirm package deliveries, provide directions, set up projectors, and provide guidance to coffee locations. You handle support calls, ensure services are properly charged, and maintain accurate invoices.
You take a quick coffee break and attend to mail, sending customers updates on package status.
In the afternoon you help with printing, invoice inquiries, temperature concerns in team rooms, and open service tickets via our portal.
After breaks, you collaborate with the Community Manager to organize next week's networking event, write e‑invitations, create and display posters, and engage prospects to join the community.
As the day ends, you coordinate group meetings, provide dining recommendations, and ensure the space is tidy before leaving.
