The opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. You will handle administrative and support tasks so that customers can focus on running their businesses.
A typical day at IWG You arrive before the center opens to prepare the space and ensure nothing is overlooked by cleaners. Throughout the day, you assist customers with Wi‑Fi codes, package tracking, room directions, projector setup, and general inquiries. You ensure services are correctly charged and invoices are accurate. During breaks, you manage mail, respond to emails, and continue to handle customer requests. The afternoon often includes helping with printing, invoices, and service tickets through the portal. Mid‑afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, write e‑invites, post posters, and recruit prospects. You conclude the day by facilitating wrap‑ups for groups, recommending nearby restaurants, and tidying the space before departure.
