The position focuses on delivering outstanding results and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities

Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial clients by maintaining strong, positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. Develop strategic plans for client accounts, ensuring proper alignment with company goals and client objectives. Support clients in identifying coverage needs, policy analysis, and renewal negotiation. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management. Mentor and guide account managers to maintain high-performance standards. Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, recommend policy adjustments, and identify new opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to offer informed recommendations to clients. Prepare and present detailed reports, including forecasts and other analytics, to senior management and clients. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by encouraging team participation in professional growth opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field; industry certifications preferred (CIC, CPCU, ARM, etc.). Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record in client management roles. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles, products, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring, coaching, and managing teams. Proficiency in managing client accounts via CRM tools and other relevant software systems. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle pressure with professionalism. A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe.
