Job Summary
Seeking an experienced
Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
to provide exceptional service to clients while enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and account management skills, as well as a dedication to building long-term client relationships. The position demands the management of complex accounts and delivering significant value to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing commercial insurance needs with professionalism.
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, delivering prompt and accurate recommendations tailored to client requirements.
Oversee the renewal process, negotiate with carriers, and ensure the timely delivery of competitive coverage options.
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, policy changes, claims coordination, and service needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions to meet evolving client coverage requirements.
Lead and coordinate the client management team to align with business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, underwriting, and support teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide informed advice to clients.
Maintain accurate client records in systems while adhering to internal processes and guidelines.
Mentor and assist junior team members, encouraging a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
A minimum of
5 years of experience
in commercial insurance, client management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and high-value commercial accounts efficiently.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication capabilities.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
Property and casualty insurance license required
(or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
Proficiency with account management systems and relevant software tools; experience with [insert system if applicable] is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
