Sales Executives

to hunt for new opportunities and scale with us.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Proactively identify and close new accounts for warehousing, port drayage, transloading, and multi-modal freight services (Ocean, Air, FTL/LTL).

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with importers, exporters, and e-commerce retailers.

Solution Selling:

Diagnose client supply chain pain points and engineer tailored logistics solutions that add value.

Strategic Proposals:

Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to RFQs and preparing competitive proposals for potential and recurring clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure service feasibility, and coordinate with Accounting to oversee proper billing (AR/AP) and account health.

Market Intelligence:

Track industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the U.S. market.

Requirements

Experience:

3+ years of proven success in logistics or freight forwarding sales.

Industry Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Ocean/Air freight, U.S. warehousing, drayage, and domestic trucking.

Technical:

Proficiency in ES is strictly required.

Bilingual Advantage:

Fluent in English;

Mandarin

proficiency is a significant plus.

Mobility:

Ability to perform local travel/field sales within a 30-mile radius (valid driver's license required).

Profile:

Self-motivated "Hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
