We’re Looking For A(n): Brand Site Optimization Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing: Support the strategy and execution of brand site testing and optimization initiatives to improve engagement, reduce friction, and increase conversion. Own the experimentation roadmap, identify opportunities, develop test briefs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable site improvements.

Own the full A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis development, test briefs, prioritization, and rollout recommendations

Analyze site performance across key KPIs (CVR, AOV, engagement, subscription opt-in, bounce rate), translating insights into actionable optimization plans

Become a subject matter expert on brand site behavior, customer journeys, subscription management flows, and friction points

Monitor test performance, analyze key KPIs, and translate results into clear insights

Partner with CX, tech, creative, and leadership to identify site improvement opportunities across homepage, PDPs, navigation, subscription management, and checkout

Partner with and support relationships with third‑party testing and digital optimization vendors

Contribute to ongoing improvements in usability, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall CX experience

Document learnings, build testing best practices, and develop evergreen winners for site‑wide implementation across the pet org

Maintain an organized testing backlog, prioritization framework, and archive of past experiments

Conversion rate optimization and ecommerce UX strategy

Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodology and statistical significance

Cross‑functional collaboration

Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into optimization strategies

Strong organizational skills, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects

Creative thinking and willingness to advocate for continuous site improvements

The base salary range is $89,400 - $111,800.00, plus bonus potential.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geographical location.
